DJ Don aka “The Refix King” is a Nigerian-American Self Taught Dj born and raised in New York. He started Djing in 2014 and has had the opportunity to work with many Afrobeat artists such as Afro B, Burna Boy, Eddy Kenzo, Teemanay, Young Paris and more. Dj Don is best known for his seamless transitions when mixing between different songs/genres. His style of music is Afrobeats, Pop, Reggae, Soca, Hip Hop, House, and more. He was awarded “Cultural Ambassador’ by the West Indian American Day Carnival Association (WIADCA) to acknowledge his impact on the music culture in New York. DJ Don has played in Dubai, The Bahamas, and the Dominican Republic. He has played at One Africa Music Festival for a crowd of 20,000 people. DJ Don is currently working on honing his producing skills and looking to make music of his own.
